Spent the morning under the car. I completely removed the cross bar that was clearly the main problem. I also went around and checked every section underneath, all the shields. Some were close but not touching. I still went around and pushed in/away what I could.
Result: 100% to my liking!!!
Here are some pictures and another short lived sound clip.

I don’t know about you, but as a car enthusiast for as long as I can remember, this picture alone puts a smile on my face. For reasons only my DNA can explain. 😅
12mm Hub-Centric spacers with ball seat bolt with extended lugs from @4wheelspacers. Outstanding quality guys. I would ‘t look elsewhere. These guys are TOP NOTCH^another top notch.

HR’s springs are on, with .75 drop all around. I did use taller top hats on the rear to balance the car out from sagging in rear. Car also has 12mm spacers all around. Wheels are factory/stock powder coated.
Ride quality feels about the same as the standard c63 springs.

Welp, they’re here. Thanks Barry!!
724cc Injectors along with MLK>EV1 adapters. E85 here we come. The plan is to dial it in for 93 octane first, then we’re switching to dedicated e85 tune.
Car performed very well over the past weeks on 93. Barry did an outstanding job. I haven’t had the time to write a detailed review, but I owe it to Barry. it’s coming.
Back to the car, the injectors needed to come out anyway so full send it is. If the car performs well on e85 the next step would be a progressive 150 shot.
Welp, thats it fir now. Stay tuned.

Online search says they are 627cc @ 3 bar EV14, E85 compatible.

Good enough for what we’re doing whether the case. They are advertised as 724 and it seems like there is conflicting info on what they actually flow. I personally have not flow tested them.
As advertised,
Included
x8 - Bosch 724cc injectors
x8 - MLK (Mercedes AMG M156/M159) to EV1 Injector Adapters
Injectors Description
724cc/min = 540g/min = 69lb/hr @ 4bar
Extended tip nozzle
E85 compatible
Injectors Adapters Description
MLK to EV1
MLK utilized on the Mercedes M156/M159 engines
EV1 utilized on Bosch Factory Style Injectors

The 724cc rating is at 4 bar which is closer to the operating fuel pressure of our C63 than 3 bar is. Makes perfect sense as the fuel pressure of our cars seems to be 53 - 59 psi or 3.7 to 4 bar.

Small update on the car,
Injectors are in, car is now ready for E85.
Decided to call it early quits yesterday due to GA heat, but 90% of the job is complete. It’s just a matter of cleaning up the harness and tucking away the extra wiring and connectors.
Summary so far: LTH, Mids with an X, ROWs, HF Filters(Weistec), 724cc Injectors with MLK to EV1 adapters. (69lb/hr @ 4 Bar)Tuned through HPT by one and only Barry Eightysixtuned. Other mods include things like 12mm spacers, powder coated oem whees, H&R springs, CF goodies like trunk lip and diffuser.
Car will be dialed in for 93 then switched to full time E85.
My son came out for a few, and which father wouldn’t say “hold on, grab these tools over here”. Unfortunately it was GA hot today, so I had to send him back in.
Stay tuned. I’m a 🐌 but I eventually get there.

Here are some pics as well,
Old injectors. (Previous owner had the car parked for most of its time with him, and only drove the car 6,000 miles. Dirty Dirty,
New injectors and adapters,
I am no expert, and there’s probably a correct/better way of doing this, but this is the wire tuck and adapter placement that I ended up going with. There is just no room to do it another way, I think.

I’m taking everything off again as soon as all the parts get here. Manifold is coming out this time as well.
I’ve been having idle issues, no CEL. No codes, car is not telling me anything. Car drives perfectly normal. I’ve replaced the injectors hoping that would help, and it did, but not by much. Sparkplugs were also replaced with OEM.
I replaced my ROWs with regular boxes as well to troubleshoot. It’s not the ROWs. So ROWs are going back on.
I just ordered PCV Kit from FCPEuro, which includes the PCV, manifold gaskets and the bolts. I’m switching to oem paper filters and adding a catch can. Replacing the transmission mount as I think it might be shot.
I’m also thinking of replacing the TBs and the plate, but haven’t decided on the route. I’m not even sure what’s out there for our cars nowadays.
