^ to add to this, I've had both. If you haven't had both or drive them side-by-side it's not a huge difference, it's subtle. If you're going to get the car tuned, it doesn't really matter, but if you're going to keep it as-is, I'd be patient for the P31 option.
I'd like to avoid getting into the P31 vs standard issue debate. Strength or power is not a concern. The key thing about the P31/507 is the 3kg lighter rotating assembly which results in a freer and snappier revving engine.
The guy that bought my '12 C63 sedan is selling if anyone's interested. Looks like he's put about 15k on it since he bought it. It was in great shape when I sold it to him, assuming he kept up on maintenance it could be a good buy.

Didn’t mean it as a debate post if you’re referring to my post. Nobody in their right mind would pick a standard c63 over a P31 c63 if money wasn’t the object. That’s a fact.
There is even data on this forum to back up that the tune/software itself is the same on the P31 as standard, yet the P31 starts to pull right around 6,000 RPM in stock vs stock form. The difference is there, at least in stock vs. stock form, which is how it should be compared. Once you go FBO or FI it really all comes down to the tuner.
I was in your shoes two years ago, exact same requirements. It took me the better part of a year to find it, so exercise your patience, expect to pay a premium, it will happen, and you will be whole again. Found my metallic steel beauty with 22K miles and everything I was looking for, after loosing out on two others,
this it the color I wanted but ‘settled’ for magnetite black which is growing on me
