Perfect example of letting a car go to waste. I saw it pop back up a couple of years ago if I remember, and it was still for sale. - https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...-17-miles.html

Been lurking for a while and having recently picked up a C63 after shopping for the better part of a year I figured I would chime in, especially given Tasho3's response (BTW Good for Tasho3 for getting a $10k profit flipping a car after only a few months of ownership). I am not saying Tasho's car wasn't/isn't worth $50k but I am saying that the current used car market being artificially inflated due to all the supply chain issues likely helped his cause and will likely keep C63 values high for the foreseeable future. Compound that with what Enthusiasts are willing to pay and I believe the C63 will carry a $5k-15k premium for the next several years. Over the last several months I feel like C63's specifically have jumped $5-$10k across the board and Tasho is a perfect example.
The car I recently purchased was somewhat of a panic purchase because I felt like if I waited too much longer any C63 in decent shape would be out of the budget for what I would be willing to spend RIGHT NOW on a 2012-2014 C63. Initially I felt like I paid about $3k more for my 2012 Tanorite Grey Coupe with the P30 package than I would have 8 months ago. I believe it to be bone stock and decently maintained but it had 115k miles. If the mileage had been just under 100k, I could see the same car going for easily $5k more that I paid. I felt at the time of purchase that I somewhat settled on the spec (I wanted a 2012-2014 silver saloon with p30) and definitely on the mileage but in hind sight I do not have a lick of buyers remorse and if I had to sell it today for some reason I would not consider selling it for a penny less than I bought it for and would likely ask $3-$5k more than what I bought it for.
Ultimately the real value of anything is what someone is willing to pay, trying to predict what desirable enthusiast car may be worth 5-10 years into the future is hard. Consider the mid 90's Toyota Supra. Im sorry but that car was ugly on its best day...Fast and Furious came out and the value that ugly-a$$ car exploded and values have been high ever since.
