C63 AMG ticking-rattling after letting the car sit for a week
Hi everyone!. My C63 AMG made a ticking-rattling during a cold start for a few seconds today and then disappeared as the car started to warm up, I have not started the car in a week. Someone said that this is caused by the hydraulic lifters bleeding because of letting the car sit for a lot of days. Does this noise sound normal in my car?. Here is a video. Thanks for your help!

The lifters need a bit of time to get oil pressure into them.
Mine has done it once after having sat around for several weeks. Never heard it since.
Conclusion and as said by others GET OUT AND DRIVE THE THING!
