Hello All,

I'm in Toronto Canada and the battery on my 2012 C63 (track edition) just died. I want to replace it myself. Can anyone here recommend me a top Battery Replacement for this model. I understand AMGs require a different battery. I found this one on Amazon but don't know if it's the right one . Any recommendations will be appreciated. Also, where to buy one in the Toronto area. Thx so much.

I have a 2013 C63 with the battery located in the trunk and the correct odyssey battery is ODP-AGM49 H8 L5 | ODYSSEY® Battery (odysseybattery.ca) That's what FCP sells as a replacement but I got it from the Canadian distributor linked above to save on shipping.

I'm using a Canadian Tire Eliminator Sealed AGM battery... It' slighter and works flawlessly!

I have been using odyssey h8 for a year and a half in my c63. I also use 2 of the same odyssey h8 in my 3/4 ton truck. No issues, high quality. But be aware they require certain specifications on a trickle charger to be compatible with an odyssey battery, the 'normal' spec cheap battery tenders are not correct for odyssey batteries.

I just went online to my local auto parts store and put in the car and it gave me a battery that was compatible. I installed myself in about 20 minutes. It's been working for for over a year. I wrote down the date I installed it in the owners manual since they don't have the week/year stamped on the terminal post.

I have experience with Odyssey as it has become highly recommended in the Jeep world. I bought one 4 years ago and already had it replaced under warranty. Now it's acting like it barely wants to start the Jeep. The Odyssey dealer network is small as well.

I just replaced the batteries within weeks of each other in our '18 Yukon Denali (H7) and in my '11 E550 (H7) with Die Hard Platinum AGM. They are readily available at Advance Auto stores nation wide and the warranty is in their computer system.
