help with timing cover removal..and part #

taking the engine out to fix a few things and while there I was thinking to reseat the oil pans and trimming cover .
1-do the heads have to come off to get to the bolts in red ?
2-the seals needed are # 130? is 110 rear crank seal? what is 100 and 105?
3-from the timing cover diagram are these the only part number needed 10 -25-70 ? is # 25 the only front crank seal?
I know I also need the oil filter housing , thermostat, water pump gaskets
thanks guys

The ones sitting there is often hard and brittle.
Yes it is possible to remove front cover without pulling the heads.
Yes, the three bolts located(6 bolts in total) is required to undo.
And remember unbolt and take out the hydraulic tensioner for the chain, located on right side behind alternator.
