Please Validate these Dealer Recommended service and costs?
Folks, picked up a very low mileage 29k 2013 with p31 and a limited-slip diff, took it to the dealership today to do the multipoint inspection and they came up with a lot of stuff and some of them are obviously expensive because it is a dealership Since I blew all my money on buying this car I do not have funds to service all of them the overall costs add up to be 25% of the car cost.
I will have to defer some of these or find a local shop to do the work for cheaper. Meanwhile can you let me know your thoughts on these estimates and which once I can defer for another year or 10k miles?
1) Sunroof is broken says SUNROOF RAIL SEIZED and they want 4500$ to replace the sunroof.
2) Condition of drive belt BELT DUE PER TIME/MILEAGE/NO HISTORY/DATE RUBBED OFF replace belt 318$
3) TRANSMISSION SERVICE NO HISTORY OF EVER BEING DONE - DUE BY TIME TRANSMISSION service is 850$
4) SPARK PLUG PER TIME/MILEAGE/NO HISTORY replace spark plug 910$
5) PERFORM REAR DIFF SERVICE since no history 220$
6) PADS AT 5MM, DISCS ARE GROOVED/LIPPED replace brake pads and disks 5300$
7)Condition Of Drive Axle/Boots, Drive Shaft, Flex Disc, And U Joints REAR FLEX DISC STARTING TO CRACK 950$
8) MOUNTS STARTING TO SAG REPLACE ENGINE MOUNTS replace the engine mount for 2300$
I thought buying a low milage car will have fewer issues but oh boy this is crazy, Any help or suggestion will go a long way.

Yes to transmission and differential service.
Yes to spark plugs.
Brakes are inevitable, they need replacing but maybe you can hold out a little while longer.
Sunroof your call. If it doesn’t leak you have time to consider what to do. If water is pouring in, then you know what to do.
Belt, flex coupling and engine mounts can wait in my opinion unless they are egregious to you.
Get another quote from an Indy.

Plugs are good until 60k. Even then mine looked fine when I changed them. And you can buy the NGK plugs and do it yourself. Seriously, it's a simple job even if you've never worked on a car before. $850 seems steep for the transmission service. $318 to replace a belt is also insanity. Might do it for peace of mind, but again, can be done for much cheaper. The pulleys should still be fine at that mileage. I'd wait on the pads but do the trans/rear diff.

910 is crazy for plugs, they are so easy to do like an hour and 100 in parts. Drive belt is also pretty easy and like 60 for parts. Definitely find a good Indy mechanic and it will be half as much.

As others have said mate, buy the parts from FCPEuro, and have an indy sort them for you if you aren't mechanically minded.
I was quoted $6k aussie by a dealer just to supply rotors and pads. Another $2.5k to fit. I paid $1.8k delivered to my door from FCP. Cost was $400 to fit
I paid $9 per plug including shipping. Dealer quoted $60 a each.

As others have said, spark plugs, belt and rear diff are super easy to do yourself. Rear diff is literally a drain and fill and if you decide to do it yourself make sure you remove the fill plug first.

Personally, I use the dealer to go through the car and find out what might be wrong and then fix it myself.
Unless its egregious like pulling the motor out of the car, then you're ending up in the same spot buying all the equipment.
Not sure how expensive this would be either but you live in California, try finding a dealer in a not so expensive state and send it to them?

+1 for FCP Euro. even though I haven't installed yet, I got rotors, pads and sensors for all four corners of my AMG......still waiting for the brake light to come on: original rotors and brakes still on at 69K miles! Bought the car new back in 2012! Hopefully the stuff I got 'works'. I gave FCP my VIN number and they assured me I got the right stuff. About 1200 for all of it.
