These probably are the most common codes on the M156 platform. If you read the forums you'd find plenty and plenty of threads.
Smoke test the intake manifold for leaks. Could be:
1- intake manifold gaskets
2- PCV
3- internal intake manifold leak (corrosion)
4- Front timing-cover breather pipe
5- low fuel pressure

Since they replaced the filters, I would also check that the clamps holding the filter boxes to the "Y" were tightened and that filter boxes were correctly reinstalled.
