Engine oil level--HELP

dipstick oil level check at 203℉, is this ok to be like this or too high at arrow point?

That's the top of the full mark. Assuming you waited 5 mins after shutting it off before checking, it's perfect.

Yes, about 5mins or so after I shut the engine off and had a oil check.
