C6Z is the easy pick. Probably the slowest and least powerful too in stock form.

but that is also 3 times the labor.
however, those 3 are also probably cheaper to crash too...
See this is not as easy as it sounds...

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
C6Z + Radical + cushy (non-AMG) S-class to get to and from the track in vs. Porsche GT3RS... now that would be a real dilemma.

GT350R is built for turns so wouldn't drag race that, also a stick and has a flatplane 5.2L.
I have a terminator for drag racing.
I'll end up passing on the GT-R probably because the personal property tax where I live will end up stupid in the end and aforementioned reasons of breaking and fixing something that is definitely less cumbersome when racing because you can throw a wrench and hit someone who has built an LS or just has one for sale.
I'd drive a 911 if i was a coke dealer or a hedge fund CEO but outside of that I'll pass. That's bonkers money to race those in circuits.
I'll take three 7's over a 9 here. Since a GT-R is a is equal to all three of those in average price long term.
So yeah, 3 cars > 1 car when >= same price and racing.

The Voodoo Coyote engine in the 350 & 350R is indeed a masterpiece.
I've tracked both a 350 and a 350R and they are both porkers. A C6Z is ~600 lbs lighter and has a better weight distribution, so the difference is immediately apparent. You can't hide the inertia of ~3700 lbs through a corner no matter how much electronic and mechanical wizardry you put into it.

C6Z will certainly be the best track car of the 3 in overall points.

c6z in stock form will gap them all on a roll race and with proper tire probably out launch them too---- gt350r is def the slowest of that group hands down--- c6z with slicks stock form ran 10's at 128 mph with a good driver---- -- gt350r is not a straight line car its known for its handling--
A c6z with a proper driver and proper DA will run low8'smid8's 60-130 and the top end after that is nuts. 4th gear in a z06 eats all of them up.
gtr depending on the year and model can range in many levels of performance so that can be debatable on it taking the z06 but gt350r does not even belong in this convo--- its extremely heavy the gearing sucks its slow af--- z06 is way way way faster
