I have just bought my brother's 2013 W204 C63 AMG in Shwarz Black which he was about to trade in for cheap at the dealer. They offered him 15k and that's where I stepped in and said HELL NO.
It has the P31 package on it and has just over 18k miles on the clock. It's mint and I just had it paint corrected and detailed.
Do you see the values of these cars going up any time soon?
His car was averaging about 1800 miles a year and has a full annual service record.
Definitely more than $15k. If you check dubizzle - there are two 2013 C63s in UAE currently on sale for 2+ times what your brother got offered (although both have over 120kkm on odometer). So you got a good deal, that's for sure.
As whether it will increase in price - I doubt that. First of all - it's not a coupe. These tend to keep their value a bit better than 4-doors. Second - controversial 6.2L engine is not really high-tech anymore (love&hate relationship of this community with this engine confirms that). It's also neither rare nor final edition (there are just too many W204s with P31 package available nowadays). If you keep the car in good condition and don't drive too much, I would say you made a good investment. If you want to sell it within next couple of years you probably won't loose any money here. This is only if the car is GCC and of course original paint.

One could argue they will rise in value since the V8 and 6.2L in particular is an iconic configuration across the board. Being that AMG will never make another large V8 again (maybe no more V8s as time goes on) it should still appeal to a purists who don't jump on the new age bandwagon. There seem to be less and less "clean" examples out there these days.
Keep in mind you have to maintain the car to this "future value" you're speculating.
Taking present value of all the money you will spend to maintain this vehicle would be more wisely spent on investments.
The engine/mercedes/AMG will be desirable in the future but the idea that this model in particular will be highly valuable seems limited.
Made them for a long time, other more limited models have the same engine, and these cars are at a price point and were sold at a price point that's already that's not ostentatiously elusive.
Sell it, buy an SLS gullwing or BS SLS and then park it forever and never touch it if you want better odds.
