Just did springs and 12mm spacers on my car with a Motorsport Hardware stud kit, and decided to test-fit the rear wheels on the front of the car.
With the 12mm spacer, they cleared the strut with about 6mm to spare. I didn't check fender clearance on the ground, but there should be plenty.
Has anyone run this setup? I would love to be able to run a 255mm tire up front for the low cost of two more rear wheels. I'm curious how the car would handle with the additional front grip, and without the squishy sidewall that you'd likely end up with on an 8" wheel.
