W204 2015 c63 - problem with the AM radio station search function.

I can scan and store both FM and digital stations, but when I scan for AM stations, no AM stations are found.

I can manually type in an AM station number and listen to that AM station, but the scan and store function doesn't work.

I cant find anything on this in the forums and I have had no luck googling. Any tips on how to fix this or what might be causing it is appreciated.

I don't know anyone who listens to radio anymore so I'm not sure mine works or doesn't either. 😂
would definitely suck though if you wanted to get it to dial in, does the scan work for fm still?

Lol... Ill pay that. Yes FM and Digital are fine. I can go to another regional area and scan FM and digital and find all of their local stations. But not for AM.

Went to the stealers to ask them what was going on. They said sometimes the radio cant tune in due to interference. I couldn't stop larfing. I live in the city and even my clapped out ute can pick up a signal.

Its auto scan that appears to be playing up. I can manually find AM stations.
