Still have all these parts available. Also have the original m156 507 heads both sides in great condition. Let me know if you need any parts, can sell all for cheap.

Do you have any pictures of the condition of these parts? Specifically cam adjusters and rods/ pistons

Cam adjusters are in good condition still. Had no issues when on the car. Have 5 pistons in good condition as well with no scoring or damage. I may keep them for my engine block coffee table unless someone pays soon
