- Paid in full on April 28th April 29th
- Countless follow ups
- Asking for refund that was promised but never came
- Dongle returned. Delivered on October 5th
- No refund. Blocked everywhere
- Headers auctioned and sold to someone else off the gram (auctioned on 20th october sold by 27th). Hasn’t been posted again since

Waiting 6 months for headers is really crazy and he had the audacity to be mad when I told him that a few weeks ago before i was blocked lol.
Anyway I am really grateful for all your well wishes. This lesson was learned the hard way. I am working on getting my money back and staying positive on that front.
Nevertheless, I feel responsible for letting the community know about my experience. Behavior like this is really distasteful and tarnishes the culture. There are many supportive enthusiasts who stand on business and there are guys like Gzim…

File a police report. Also considering this is likely interstate commerce and you paid across state lines, consider contacting the postal service and start a mail fraud case against them. The value of this issue is sure to result in charges.

Before I ordered from ARH directly I spoke to Gzim about potentially placing the order through him to get his supposed discount. He was very rude, when i asked him basic questions about how he has the discount or when to expect it etc he basically seemed to get annoyed and said just trust me. I got really bad vibes from the dude and decided to buy direct.

No fraud going on here,he ordered and wanted to cancel order,tuning he paid for and wanted his money back and refuses service,i don’t manufacture headers so the wait time has nothing to do with me,i only get a discount for forum members (been doing so for over 6 years) never ever did i have a issue.
header system canceled tuning for two cars paid for but refused service and claimed he’s in Africa and won’t be back,then claimed his friend sent back the tuning deivces.
its very simple
no refunds on tuning
header were canceled after Arh refused to deliver to him because he called and threatened them over the phone lol
I’m not new to the amg game those who know me personally know,never done anyone wrong in my life

money was sent for headers and tuning for multiple cars,headers cancelled and balance applied to tuning,he has to finish up his cars with me and i refund what’s left and he know this!

Made two transfers $3500 and $800 which clearly ADD UP to $4300 of which $3100 is for the headers and $1200 is for the tune.! The receipts are all here. We all know the tune is no good without the headers but since you are thirsty for the w204 tune $$$ keep it, keep the tune and the returned dongle. But where is my refund on the headers? It is that simple!Tell me how you are now talking about another tune that we never agreed on and that I never paid for? That was never received? Make it make sense. Nobody on here is a dummy! Let us respect ourselves
I cannot PM you on instagram or WhatsApp so your refusal to respond here mirrors your intent. The problem is now on a public platform and you have an opportunity to fix it by running the refund for the headers.

American Racing Headers (ARH) should be left out of this because Nick has been very professional throughout this messy transaction which would otherwise have been simple had you been straightforward. Never dealt with a woman at ARH. On the first call with Nick, he informed me that the company was moving to North Carolina which resulted in longer than usual lead times. Followed up many other times and he said clearly that the order was under Gzim's account and so he cannot disclose its status without Gzim's consent.
Nick said specifically that it’s Gzim (c63nyc) order not my order so how did they cancel my headers? Thats strange
Was I upset that I had to wait 6 months +? Yes and I expressed this clearly to him. However, we never cussed out the shop because why is the bridge not burnt? Help me understand this! ARH open to me placing an order directly with them.
No need to circle the block its all very straightforward and the way forward is clear.

No fraud? Then why did Gzim (c63nyc) block me on WhatsApp and Instagram before auctioning off the headers I had paid for in full? The evidence is clear with timelines and the receipts are all here. No need to read between the lines.
