Low coolant, smoke start up, weak cold starts.

2009 C63 AMG / 1925 Ford Model T
Low coolant, smoke start up, weak cold starts.

Car was low on coolant, topped off and did oil change. Low on coolant again. Started having smoky startups, sat for a week and blew a large cloud. Last two start ups were cold starts and sounded super weak, about half the sound as normal.
car has 56 K miles 2009, could I be horribly unlucky with headbolts?

Any coolant in the oil (or vice versa)? Could do a cooling system pressure test to confirm the issue but sounds pretty clear cut unfortunately.

Unfortunately, yes, its looking like your headbolts are done.

After 15 years, mileage starts to matter less as distance and time are relative in regard to wear and entropy.

I wouldn't start it anymore, and I'd start taking things apart if you have the means to do so, not sure what your garage has.

Otherwise, take it to a MB or reputable shop.

It’s in a friends shop right now, having no mixing of oil and coolant is what made me confused but we’ll see.

A visual inspection of the oil doesn't give you the complete picture. It could seem like there is no mixing to you but a lab analysis of the oil will show otherwise.

Hopefully nothing else was damaged and your friend's shop can get you back on the road without issue.

just because a head gasket is blown doesn’t automatically mean coolant and oil will be mixing. It could be blown in a way where coolant enters the chambers but not in the oil passage way.
