revs fluctuation issue not resolved need help

revs fluctuation issue not resolved need help
Good morning forum members !

apologies if the issue is old but couldn't resolve the issue with fluctuation while idle as already did the followings

all injectors replaced Bosch
PCV
spark plugs
all fluids
computer check at service nothing revealed
no codes or errors

where to dig or is there any solution

map sensor or etc

thanks in advance
