c63 front bottom cover plate
I´m driving a C63 S204 pure out of nostalgia. By doing this I damaged my front bottom engine cover.
I´m looking for a OEM A2045241230 but having a hard time finding it as MB is no longer producing this part.
If any one can point me to this part (that ships to EU) that would be great
Also, forgive my ignorance, but it this normal that MB does no longer produce these parts ¨only¨ 12 years after the model ended?
I mean, this is a simple plastic part. What if my AMG VANOS or Transfluctor breaks

I just purchased that panel last week, I needed a new one to modify for when I am installing my upgraded oil cooler. They didn't have it in stock so they ordered it from the local warehouse. In the states they are not discontinued so I am not sure why you wouldn't be able to get one in or shipped to the EU

sigh, the last model year of 204 (2015) has only been produced just under a decade ago, and parts are already being NLA? this is quite alarming... especially to those that are proud of daily-ing in one.
it's the complete opposite of what Porsche & Nissan are doing, as they kept on bringing back OEM parts for cars that are much older... does Mercedes expect us to only go through MB Classic Centers to source these NLAs? or salvaging from a "parts-car"?
for a brand that has an image of caring about its heritage, this NLA bull crap is really a punch to the guts of its vehicle owners...
back-order, fine, wait till there's enough demand before making another batch, sure that's more than understandable... but NLA?
