Stuck seat on a w204 c63
I went and folded the driver’s seat on my 2012 c63 yesterday to get into the back and now it's stuck. The bottom moves forward and back with the door's button. However, the back piece is locked in its forward position. Pulling on the chrome tab near the shoulder did nothing to unIocked it.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery; disconnecting and reconnecting the seat plugs (the ones under the seat as well as those in the back, inside of the seat), but with no luck. The error message on the dash also means that I’m unable to adjust the steering wheel column either.
Does anyone have any advice?
My only option now is to have it towed to a MB dealership as I can’t even fit into the driver’s seat.
