New member here, looking for some diagnostic help.
I recently carried out the recommended preventative maintenance on my W204 C63 intake manifold, based on Tasso’s YouTube videos. The work included:
Cleaning and painting the intake manifold to prevent corrosion
Replacing the throttle body plate with aluminium one
Replacing the PCV
Installing an oil catch can
Installing new fuel injectors
After reassembly, the car started and idled fine. However, about 3 km into the test drive, the throttle pedal stopped responding and I had to limp back at idle only.
I ran a diagnostic scan using Xentry and received the fault codes shown in the attached PDF.
I did spray the throttle body mouth and flaps with brake cleaner to remove carbon buildup, but I don’t believe this would have damaged anything.
Before I remove and open the intake manifold again (which I’m really not looking forward to), I’d appreciate everyone’s thoughts or suggestions.

Did you in any way push the butterfly open, I have read that pushing them open can cause issues. Also the plugs are fragile, have you checked the plugs at the front of the manifold where the tb harness connects, the plugs are brittle and the retainer clips break and then they can get a little loose and have contact issues,
I did push the butterfly open, and I even took a picture of me doing so.....arghhhh!!!
I guess I need to open up intake manifold again. On one of Tasso's Youtube videos I saw him connect only the throttles to the car and test them by pushing the accelerator pedal and watching the butterflies move. I assume he did this using Xentry, has anyone done this before?
I did check the tb plugs to the harness to ensure they are fully seated. I can also confirm that they are brittle as the clip that holds the plug to the bracket broke off!!
