Yeah, this is the spec I am looking at right now. Looks like the Alpine Grey is limited to the F1 edition.
I have traditionally always gone with white, but deciding the high Tech Silver may show the lines more and contrast with the black elements in the Aero pack.
I know from C43 order thread there was issues with various packages being unavailable so will have to see whats avail and whats not at the time or order.
Still no updates in Canada. SA said they havnt heard anything....

"The 2024 C 63 S E PERFORMANCE F1 Edition Sedan will be limited to 36 units in Canada. The exclusive MANUFAKTUR alpine grey solid paint finish is a striking distinguishing feature. It is combined with decals on the vehicle flanks consisting of the AMG logo and colour gradient from grey to black. Red trim lines on the sides and front and rear aprons add further colour accents. The 20-inch AMG forged wheels in a 5-twin-spoke design are painted matte black. The red rim flanges provide an attractive contrast and thus follow the colour scheme of the wheels of the Official FIA F1 Medical Car™ from Mercedes-AMG."
Likewise, we are also getting the street style edition for the 2024 CLA 45 S I think.

Anyone know when the dealers will get allocations for the F1 edition here in the US? My sale guy let me know I can go ahead and send him my build but when I looked at the ordering guide, there’s no F1 edition on there.

If we do get the F1 edition it will be an allocated car, not buildable.
Throttle House is very straight forward and they keep it real. They seem to mostly borrow cars from dealerships and such for their reviews instead of getting invited to the all expenses paid exotic location car unveiling events sponsored by the manufacturers, where they then have to hold back or risk not getting invited again in the future. Not sure who paid for this trip to Italy and how they got the car, but looks like it was part of some other reviews.
There's not much to add to this video. It confirms my experience with the GT 63 SE in terms of how the two parts of the powertrain are somewhat disjointed and the whole thing is just way too complicated. The negative impact of the weight on the chassis is also something I've mentioned for a while. Managing that weight comes with consequences. I wholeheartedly agree that the parts of F1 they added to this car are the parts that nobody asked for. Also liked the little segment on them hammering on the MBUX, which is just showing a blue screen and nothing is happening and then trying to switch to CarPlay and again nothing is happening. This is exactly the experience I currently have in the W206 C300 loaner I'm driving. Had to resort to wired CarPlay, which somewhat works, because wireless CarPlay and most everything else is buggy as hell. It does sound like there's been an update to MBUX fixing some of this, but it just shows how cars today are shipped half-baked. Ordering was already delayed in Europe, because of continued issues with the powertrain. Good luck keeping this thing running and probably wanna get rid of it before the warranty expires.
I agree, ultimately everybody buys cars for their own use and enjoyment and I'm sure some will buy it for the numbers on paper and given that most people drive them on their commute to work the weight, chassis etc. may not matter to them. I personally just can think of better ways to spend my money than giving it to AMG for this thing.

Yep, there are a couple of YouTubers like him who have disclosed what's really going on. None of it is in any way surprising. These events are lavish and deliberately held in fancy places. Then the manufactures give them the impression that they can say whatever they want in their reviews, but everybody knows that they will lose access if the manufacturers don't like how the car is being portrait.

That's as damning of a review as I've ever seen from these guys - I do appreciate their honesty, and that's why I have always taken their car reviews with more weight than many others.

I also like the intros they do, it is all well executed, there are some collaboration too with Matt from Carwow and also Chris Harris from Top Gear and a few others such as from Engineering Explained.
