Widest tires on stock rims?

Widest tires on stock rims? 2014 C63 Coupe
2014 AMG c63 coupe, long tube headers, x pipe, supercharger, 635RWHP/565 torque. I see several threads on sedan tires, not finding for coupe.
Embarrasing it has 255/19 out back and 235/19 up front. Traction is a joke until 70MPH.
What are widest tires i can fit on the stock rims (19s, not 18s) all around? If i use a spacer can i get more? I am thinking 285/255, or more with a spacer out back. All the tire shops want to install 255/18 per the spec in their computer. Thats NOT the spec.
