I will entertain it but I do not think it is going to be favorable.

and someone wanted to see the 19's on a car.. they honestly look a little small from the not ideal angle here.

yes for c300 in September.
If we assume the same numbers for c43, for $72k car the payment would be between $1050 - $1100 + tax

I'd probably lease if residual is going to be 59% as long as the MF doesn't get the full AMG tax

MF will likely get the AMG special. They all do.

AMG residuals are usually 1-3 percent less than the standard car.

In times past MBFS had lower lease rates for the regular cars. The AMG models used the standard rate, which was always higher. Now all Mercedes use standard rate which is why all leases are much more expensive than in the past.

So I just found a build sheet for a brand new 2023 GLC43 AMG Coupe.

A dealer is already getting one even though it hasn’t been announced nor have I seen any pictures/videos about the release of the car.

Anyways the MSRP is $68,200. It’s a $1,700 difference than last years model in base MSRP.

Just doing the math, the 2022 GLC43 was $66,500 and the 2022 C43 AMG was $61,550 which is a $4,950 difference. I don’t know if it makes sense for there to be a gap like that in the model but anyways it’s just a guess.

My guess is that the 2023 C43 AMG starting MSRP will be $63,250.

This means a fully loaded C43 will be close to $86-90k lol

The C63se will most likely start out at $77-79k base price.

These are just my guesses based on the confirmed MSRP of a 2023 GLC43 Coupe of $68,200

$63k to me is a very steep cost of entry for this car - not to mention some may have to pay ADM. The delta between the M340i and C43 shouldn't be nearly $6-8k

Could you share with us this build sheet? Not to say you don't know, but it's odd for me to be an MSRP on a car that has yet to be unveiled when the W206 C43 still doesn't have one.

I find it hard to believe MB would price the base MSRP roughly $6-8k higher than an M340i (depending on xDrive or not).

Interesting....that would mean a nearly $9k price hike from the previous generation. While I understand more tech comes standard, these are scary MSRP deltas.

I know this constitutes as whining, but I really don't like the practice of MSRP's being announced as units arrive at dealer lots. I spec'd my build with a fair amount of content around the assumption it would be $60k entry MSRP and if a starting point was nearly $64k I might just opt out and wait for the CLA35 refresh.

The 2023 GLC Coupe isn’t new. It’s still the X253. The X254 coupe will start for the 2024 model year.

I thought it was only a $1700 price difference from last gen?

Depends on SUV or Coupe. Perhaps this is the MY23 previous-gen GLC43 Coupe MSRP, not the new one....

The MY22 regular SUV GLC43 starts right at $60k.

was watching some videos of the w202 C43 and the modern silver diamond trim almost seems like an homage to the original car.

Thanks for sharing! I built mine with the 19's and do like how they look when seeing them on this actual model. My thoughts around going 19" are
  • Slightly better ride than the 20s are going to be, especially in the Northeast where I am / roads up here. I do want a little bit more tire on without going crazy.
  • I really do not like the way the 20s look - personally I hate the aero rings and want to see more of the actual rotor/caliper through the wheel
  • There are no black/dark wheels available, and this I think will add some contrast to my darker color / "sinister" build.

I like these 19s as well, I think someone mentioned earlier they were inspired by the GTBS or was it the GT 63s e-performance, and it does actually look good on this car too.

They don't look bad, but I've made my bed with the 20's as the order has locked

Also, the 20's are also a bit more exclusive as they will also be offered on the C63SE.
