2023 C 43 Order Guide
I think US cars will be, marginally, more fruity sounding. This is also the easiest car to do a cat replacement I've ever seen. V band clamps and can probably do the entire thing from the top of the engine bay lol
I thought all new cars are covered by some warranty for 4 years or 50000 miles whichever comes first. Does it include the basic maintenance including the oil change, tire rotation, etc?
But I also heard that it is better to purchase the service package A / B or something. What does this service plan covers? How much is the service package? Is it worth it?
What would you guys recommend???
happy New year!

That warranty only covers defects - maintenance is not included. When I see the prices for the prepaid maintenance I'll probably seriously consider it as I skipped it on my A35 and I would've saved money already. I had that before with Audi Care and regret not getting it this time.
Just got an update, my car is scheduled to arrive at the VPC (mine is GA) 1/18 - it didn't get on the ship until last week. FWIW my guy checked and he said the only release date he can see is Q4 2022 lol but he said he's gonna call someone and see if they have any ideas. I'm still planning on after 2/28 as a few folks have mentioned but it sure would be cool to get it sooner!

I am purchasing my c43, but not sure what the best way to handle my current car is. I previously have traded in vehicles and know this is typically going to be a lower value than private sale, but the transaction is also easier along with the tax savings on the new purchase. That being said, since they can easily turn around and sell pre-owned/certified right from the dealer and the market is still pretty decent for used cars, I am hoping to get a solid offer from them on my 2021 CLA 35 / expect to have roughly 15000 miles at time of trade out a few months.
I own the vehicle outright and am not against selling private if it's a substantial difference, but not sure how that then affects time of purchase / significant savings on sales tax. I'll just be cutting a check to dealer for balance, but want to start thinking about this soon. If anyone is in / has been in a similar situation, curious as to your thoughts and best way to maximize value and time on the transaction (or if there are added benefits for trading in / financing a small portion of balance etc).
Curious what you guys think.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Looks like all US (sedans) are made in South Africa.

You can always negotiate.
and the front I'm kind of in the same boat - really just like the upper flics. I do not think having or not having studio is a big deal - I like that it's OEM but you can easily pick and choose after the fact.
this looks like the best of both worlds to me for the rear
and on the front you can just wrap the lower exterior bits like this to achieve much of the same look up front
You can always negotiate.
NICE! When did you order? I placed mine: 9/10/22
Tentative Build Date: was
Girl question here lol. Anyone know what the 251 Increased in Top Speed is? Does it have to do with R01 performance tires?
That means mine probably slipped to and could continue doing so.
If anyone can confirm the dealer release date on your completed builds - that is where I previously got the 2/28/23 date that seemed to be when cars would be released from VPC (aka people would start taking delivery of their built cars).
The sooner cars start moving out of VPC the better for us all!
