Did you sign anything by chance prior to the release, even after release and when it does arrive at the dealership, I wonder if they can just send you the contract via e-signing and then you sign and then it really is "yours" as you mentioned as they can't sell the vehicle anymore at that point.

That said though, I am guessing since you have it in writing/or text that your SA say it's "yours" they can't sell your vehicle can they? So should be good?

Could also consider banks other than MBFS, isn't MBFS rate currently at 7.99% for finance or was it lease?

Lease is 6.48%. about 3 times greater than few years ago.

Searching thru inventory on mbusa is painful.. I haven't found 1 build with digital lights.... even builds close to 80k are missing it

I would guess builds after December would be the only ones to come with it. So in reality there are a small percentage of cars that will have it initially.

Just so you know, my build is on there and does not list digital light, but it shows properly on the model picture when you bring it up.

had some parts constraints on digital light...

I do have a starling blue on black, a black on red and a white on black w/Digital light at the Baltimore VPC now

They say VPC ready and ready to ship now

Night Package II

My salesman forgot me my specs were the same as my previous build when we switched cars but I noticed the build is missing the Night Package II. Do you think that is something they can add at the dealership after it left the factory?
