Was there a MBUX software update done OTA? Sometimes after a software update, you'll get a full set of lights and a handful of errors - turning the ignition to position 2 (without your foot on the brake so the car doesn't start) and then fully off, repeating twice will clear the warnings. Hopefully it's something as simple as that.
Honestly i didnt even try that i was so stressed i took it to the dealer the same day lol. They gave me a 2024 cle300 as a loaner and im lowkey loving the coupe.
