There is a lot of conflicting information out there but just like the SLS had a slightly different variation of the M156 (M159), I believe the W205 will actually have the M177 (rather than the M178).
For example, the M178 has dry sump lubrication and I don't believe the W205 C63 motor will.
Regardless, I am very excited about the M178.
