He asked about the key fob. You can open the trunk without touching the key fob. To open the trunk without touching the car or key fob (wave you foot under the trunk) you will need the Hands free package.

I only quoted your post to clarify your answer in an effort to reduce the chances of the OP thinking that he would have to pay for the "Hands Free package" to get the features that the he asked about.

Keyless Start - You unlock your doors using your key. You start the car by pushing the
"Start/Stop" button.
Keyless Go - Full keyless entry to the vehicle and trunk. You can lock, unlock, and open your trunk as long as the key is on you.
HandsFree Access - Power trunk closer and the ability to open/close the trunk by "kicking" your foot under the rear bumper.
