Thanks, appreciate - it's coming slowly together. Few more updates delayed by COVID19 😔

He wishes..it's a FBO F32..we often joke he should just gotten the M4 and be done with it but he has fun with modifying it. It's a manual and fun to drive. Hey, maybe a 6-pack for starters would do 😎

Your son has a sweet ride man. Any plans on updating to the facelift grille by any chance? I reckon it would really complete the look.

Thanks - yeah the 4 series BMW coupe is a nice platform too,
On FL grille - not planning on it. Thought about it long and hard. The new grille looks great but I am a bit of a stickler. The vertical lines and no mesh behind don't flow well with the lower part of the pre-FL - JMO. I would have to replace the lower part too then...but I do like the pre-FL lower part better. Between the horizontal 2 spoke pre-FL grille and horizontal lower portion I find it to flow very well. I did black out my grille though. But don't get me wrong - yours and others who changed it looks great.

Wife took me to Bathurst, Mount Panorama race course this week. I can't drive much at the moment due a bad back but I sat outside in the grass while she did a few laps. I could hear the stock AMG exhaust grumbling when she was at the top of the mountain (never realised it was that loud).

Went for a long drive out of San Francisco this weekend. I have a congenital lung defect and COVID is running rampant here so this was the first time I was able to get outside in a while. Reminded me why I love cars and driving

Needed to get out of the house this afternoon...ended up at Kierland Scottsdale (popular shopping area) and it is usually extremely hard to find a parking spot.

Not Today! So stopped and took a few shots of the AMG!

Love the modecarbon exterior mate. The Pilot 4S are immediately recognizable and they really fill the arches. What sizes are you running? 265 fronts and 305 rears?

Quote: Very nice! Two of my favorite coupes even though I have never owned a C7. How does your AMG run against his car? And don't even try to tell us you two haven't pushed it...LOL
Sorry, didn't see this until now! I actually haven't run against him at all because he just got it brand new the day we took that picture and was still doing break-in. I'm tuned though so in a straight line I'm sure I'd destroy him. He's a former professional drifter (and still does a lot of the drifting shots for major magazines) though so on a track I imagine I'd have a hard time keeping up.

Quote: I've been wanting to black out my grille, atleast the big mercedes emblem, for the longest time but haven't found the part. How did you do it?
I'm painting mine along with the emblem and emblem chrome ring...easiest way to do it. I have the distance sensor behind the emblem, which will still function perfectly when completed.
