Dyno Testing the C63S @ Eurocharged!!

As most of you might have heard, Eurocharged purchased yet another AMG to further our product line. We picked up a C63S and will be testing the products we have developed and posting the results here!

You can expect to see cooling upgrades, exhaust upgrades (including downpipes), turbo upgrades......and of course, our world famous ECU software!

Here are some videos of the baseline dyno testing we did. Please note that our dyno is the most advanced, top of the line dyno that DynoJet makes. It is AWD and the front and rear rollers are linked via the DynoJet LINX system. Our dyno also has full eddy current load capabilities!

To ensure there is no confusion, I would like to point out that there are no AWD C63's. This car is RWD. I know most of you know this, be are asked on a daily basis about this.

Eurocharged has finished development on our shop 2015 M3 as well. The M3 was traded in for the C63S. We can provide you with real world comparisons of the M3/M4 vs C63/C63S. So far, the C63S seems to be the top dog! stock is faster than our EC575 M3 (Stage II Tune, Downpipes, Intake).

Enjoy the videos!! We will be uploading more content on a regular basis!

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

I'll post a graph of the C63S stock dyno and the tuned M3 Dyno this week!

Awesome...! Thanks for the videos. I guess I thought we'd see a bit more bump and the car would show the engine is underrated. Its still a beast....thanks for sharing.

One question: Is this car AWD? J/K

They got 467 on their dyno. So I think the engine is a little underrated

Edit: Wouldn't that be around 550 hp to the crank?

It looks like this is a crank reading -- I think. Did I read the graph wrong or is this at the wheels? The graph says engine speed. I was expecting the S model to be a bit higher.

Edit: Yep, didn't have my glasses on when I read the graph.

Here is a graph that compares a Eurocharged Tuned C63 (6.2L M156) vs. the stock 2015 C63S.

Almost a 100WTRQ gain from 50 - 100MPH! And this is stock!!

Now for more comparison, here his an Audi RS7 vs. the C63S.

The RS7 is a 4.0L TT rated @ 560HP / 516TRQ from the factory with an 8 speed gearbox.

The C63S is rated @ 503HP / 516TRQ from the factory with a 7 speed gearbox.

We can clearly see where the HP will end up with only a slight increase in boost!

Yes, performance exhaust with button. All runs were done in race mode with the exhaust open.

It's to the wheels. I saw it on IG. They have the S so it wouldn't make sense for it to be 467 crank lol

I'm may be off here, but assuming about 18% drivetrain loss:

467 whp x 1.18 = 551 hp ...Yup

wrong way of calculating...

467 / .82 = 569 hp

Awesome!

Did you guys have any chance to weigh the car? I'd love to see some real world measurements on this beast.

For RWD it's closer to 15%, however on such a modern car I would expect about 9-10% loss.

We have not had a chance to weigh it yet. Monday I should be able to get its weight it with our with corner balancing scales.

e63s edition 1
its inline with the quoted numbers +- dyno setup of 15hp.
467 would be 513 crank. as mentioned before modern cars tend to be at the 10% (and thats on the high end)

Yup, old cars with torque converters suffered from more parasitic loss than mct/dsg
