Cool Posting photos of C63

All right, I wanted to see if there is any interest before I took the time to do it.

Could it be the US version of the AWD S? I was just taking photos for myself and didn't mean to spy, or I could have taken some photos from underneath, looking for half-shafts up front. Anyway, I don't like to be pushed around, so the photos are now fair game - if you want to see them, let me know.
Hi bro, would you please show me the new c63s coupe?

It's hard to tell but we've seen pics with 285's on this thread plus several articles have mentioned the new c63s coupe will have 285's on the rear.

I'd be happy to oblige and dissipate any doubts:

Now, you know that manufacturers do not put the actual wheels/tires on prototypes; sometimes, they are not necessarily the same size until the S2 build, when they finalize dynamics; but in this case, if this is, indeed, next year's model, it may well be.

The only bad thing with this tire size is that it'll be stuck with Continentals, and need to upsize to 295's to fit PSS's, while the sedans get PSS's standard.

If the OEM stock standard tyre width size to be fitted to this vehicle ends up being 285's then upsizing to 295's is no problem at all with regards to fitment, I'm going to assume most people will upsize further if they're going to go to the trouble/expense of changing the rear tyres might even be able to fit 305's

It just gets to be a PITA. I had to buy new wheels to properly fit 295s on my BS as the OEM wheel wasn't wide enough.

Your jumping up 40mm in width there, should be easier jumping only 10 or 20mm on the new C205 that shouldn't be a problem

BS came with 285's on a 19x9.5" OEM wheel. To go to 295's it needs a minimum 10" wheel. So it all depends if the new C63 Coupe comes with 19x9.5 like the BS, or 19x10 like the CLS63. Not sure why MB chose the minimum wheel width for a 285 tire on the BS.

We'll know very soon what wheel sizes the new C205 C63's will have
