Two Dealers told me "surround view package" doesnt exist
As the title states, i've spoken to two sales guys at two separate dealerships, and despite the fact the order guide says the package exists for the my 2016 models, they claim it doesn't, any idea why?

Has the DOG been updated to reflect the change? Its possible you have an outdated version. Same thing happened with the 19' Black Forge wheels. They were there and then became unavailable.

I am not sure about the DOG, its an august build, I would think they would have it updated by now, no?

Merc took away the black forged wheels? I will not order the car without them, might be able to force my dealer into forcing MB into them because of my relationship but that is just ridiculous.

The black forged wheel issue I mentioned was related to the 2015 DOG. The wheels are available for the 2016. My point was the DOG will change so if the dealer is telling you something is not available, its possible they've updated the DOG to reflect those changes and you may not have the latest version.
Sorry for the confusion.

I've ordered black 19's and 360 degree cameras (That's what it's called here).. I'm in the UK though.
I see an option for a black market here. I can order some and ship over if you want? It'll come with a C63 attached to the rims though

I was just checking the website in Germany and "Park Assist" (that's what they call Surround View) is available on the MY16 C63S for 1271 Euros. I wonder if the system can be added via special order (SPC)?

I just talked to MBUSA in NJ and they told me that the option package has not been pulled from MY16. This information came from a "Product Advisor" So, maybe this is a delayed availability issue and that it will be configurable later in the production cycle. The ordering configurator does not show the 996PKG as of this date, but that could change. My original order had it on the specifications printout and scheduling when the order window opened in mid-May.

I had heard there's a shortage of this. My build starts this month. If I had a build which starts next month I wouldn't have been able to have it. That's a MY16 car as they start with June builds in Europe.

Cameras are seperate of all packages in the UK and cost around £350 off the top of my head. 1271 Euros sounds too much or has other things bundled with it.

Seems strange how the packages are so different from country to country on the same car.
We've got pretty much just 3:
Premium Package
Driving Assistance Package
AMG Night Package
After that 360 cams, exhaust, HUD and Air Freshener are seperate but that's about it. Pretty much everything is bundled into the Premium and Driving Assistance Packages here.
