Putting depost on 2016 model - help convince me which colour, white or black?
Hey guys - going either Polar White - vs either of the blacks, most likely the metallic one.
I can't decide this is the only option I haven't decided on - and its a tough choice I seen both colours in person now briefly - not side by side.
They both look good, I think black looks a little better - but the car was new so the paint on the black was fresh i am more worried about overall colour maintenance - I usually wash the car once a week no more.. in the winter I use a touchless wash and in the summers I hand wash.
If i get polar white I will get night package as I think it flows and works with the white.
Hard decision! I think white looks sportier - black looks classy.

As per other thread any of the whites get my vote
Just my personal opinion white makes any car look better than black by really showing off the lines and shape of the car.
Other factors include:
It's much easier to live with as it does not show out scratches/blemishes or imperfections and stays cleaner compared to black, black is actually the worst colour to have in this regard, I know from personal experience after owning one black car in the past never again...
White is also more visible especially at night and statistically has a lower accident rate than black or other dark colours.
It's also noticeably cooler during hot days, again relating my own experience to having owned a black car before, that thing would be an oven in the cabin on a hot day.

I currently drive a black c350 and let me tell you how hard it is to keep it clean. Swirls and waterspots are the toughest to get rid if, if you even can. Lots and lots of elbow grease but when it is clean it looks fantastic but unfortunately it never lasts long. It will probably be my last black car.

I have always chosen black over white. Yes its tougher to keep clean but white is no picnic either. It's also if you like contrast or monotone. A blacked out car looks better to me than white car with tinted windows and black rims. A personal choice, as the cars lines are beautiful in either color.

However that lasts what .... a few hours at best until the pollen and dust starts falling on the car !?!?! My OCD would kill me if I ever got Black ( I know , I know that didn't sound " nice " ) especially with my recent ride being White which even after 3 or 4 days still looks sparkling clean !!
Good luck with your choice !

I just traded black for white- the same car. The white is sharp in its own way, but I miss the black. Even the runner at the dealership, when he saw my new car next to the old one, said "there is nothing like black on black". I have found that the easiest color to keep clean is silver.

Black car owner chiming, I love it when its clean however it gets dirty really fast. We've had a lot of rain and pollen this season which only makes it worse.
I think white cars are funny, something every 16 yr old girl in high school wants one...
