Miles to empty?
The last LED started flashing, scaring the crap out of me, and I thanked the heavens when I finally idled up to a pump (then the engine cut out, but that was the auto-stop. Don't get me started on my frustration about that automatic feature).
Filling up took only 15.8 gallons, so apparently I had plenty left in the tank, despite the frantic warnings from the dash.
My kid's GTI has miles to empty. So does my wife's Q5. And my previous M4. And my 991 TurboS.
So this must have it, too, right?
1 - press "home" button
2 - press "ok" on the "trip" selection
3 - scroll up or down thru menus, you should have current speed, milage, miles to empty, from restart, and from start.
Each setting on the center screen has various menus. If you have any additional questions let me know.

What problems do you have with the start stop that you feel the need to switch it off when just cruising in comfort mode?
