What accessories come with the car?
Besides the AMG key cover, what else comes with the car? Will it have a cable for connecting ipod? My car should be here at the end of the month, this will be a long month...

There's also some items in the trunk in bright colored bags, and dark ones that I've yet to open almost a month later. I have no idea what's in them.

The iPod/USB cable is no longer standard on a $80K car or am I misreading that? Please say it isn't so - that would be nickel and diming at its finest!

The Affalterbach keys and the collapsible storage tray make me very happy. Were the iPod/USB cables standard lightning/USB micro ones? If so, I have plenty already so I can do without those.
