I tried the link above to decode my vin ----- did not work very well -
I ordered a C63 - decoder says it is a C63S
I ordered MB tex - decoder says leather
I ordered Palladium Silver - decoder says diamond white
etc etc
oh well

How long does it usually take to get your VIN once your car goes into production?
My car is supposedly in production but my dealer can't confirm the exact production date nor provide me with a VIN. Only info he has is that the car should be delivered in a couple of weeks.
