Yes. I pretty much use the same method and products as JP. I get all or most of the products from Autogeek.com. See thread;

I know some of the online guys don't like it as much, but Griot's Garage makes some great products. Their Speed Shine, Spray-On Wax, and Car Wash are staples in my garage.
Autogeek does have some good products though. Only wax that's touched any of my cars for years and years is Wolfgang Fuzion Estate wax. Not cheap at all, but well worth it.

My vote is for Adam's Polishes. If you haven't tried it, you definitely should give it a try. They have outstanding products. Started using them about 12 years ago and have been extremely loyal ever since!

I was in a spirited driving mood yesterday and let her go a few times, just having some fun but I noticed in the center display that both the temps of the oil and the tranny fluid had gone up a lil. I never really paid attention to it bit I would like to know if this is normal.
My regular driving temp is 213-215 for engine oil but it was at 221.
The regular tranny fluid is at 179-183 but was at 195.
Please post your temps for comparison plus at what temps should I ease off?

Mine does the exact same thing. Normal driving is 215/185 for oil/transmission temps, and when I get on it the oil will get to the low 220's and transmission goes to low 190's. Completely normal.
Your engine fan will come on if you come to a stop and the temps haven't come back down to normal yet. It'll shut off once you get back down to 215/185.

Took the car in for its first service. I had the check for codes to see if all is fine. No codes were found. They changed the diff fluid and I had them check the turbo oil feed lines as Kuba had mentioned. My car is not affected by this bulletin but 738 vehicles are. FYI campaign # 2015060002

Yeah that first 1000 miles is tough lol.
We've had some cool weather come through the last couple of days and this engine really likes it.
All I can say is keep the ESP on until you get a good feel for it.
Good luck with yours

I believe the only difference between the black wheels I have and the ED1 wheels is the red line on the outside. I think the red is painted but I'm not sure about the black but I would say painted. All it says is AMG forged black wheels nothing else.

Double checked my invoice from the first service and come to find out that they just checked the oil but did not change it. I called to verify this and after checking with the "experts" and the PPM sheet it seems not necessary until 10000 miles. Well this is the first hiccup if you will with my dealership. I clearly asked this question prior to purchasing the PPM package. The person in question is now stating she misunderstood what I asked. WTF, NOT happy.

2016 C63 AMG S
I wanted to wait until I had at least 1000 miles on the vehicle before this review. I have been a fan of the AMG brand ever since I met either Hans Werner Aufrecht or Erhard Melcher in 1986 at the Miami International Auto show where they had the e300 AMG "Hammer" on display. I took some pics of it but haven't been able to find them.
The w204 c63 got my attention once more and at that time I decided that it was time to seriously start thinking about saving for one. I ended up buying a 2009 c350 to see what MB was all about these days. My father drove numerous MB's including my favorite the 280s. Man that thing was fast for its time in the late 70's. My father's last MB was a ML350 which had numerous problems and recalls to the point that my father said that MB is not what it used to be.
My impressions of my 2016c3s
1- Interior materials and finish.
I checked out the audi's and the BMW's and the interior of the C63 is ages ahead of its rivals. The leather used in the cockpit is finished with beautiful red stitching that catches your eye immediately as you sit down. I have the standard seats in mine and they fit snug ( I am 6'2" 190lbs) and are very comfy. I like the "fat" flat bottom steering wheel with alcantera and the red center on top. I didn't think I was going to have this so it's a plus. All the brushed, I think aluminum, switches in the door give it real class and sportiness.
2- Exterior
I just love the look of it. It looks sharp, fast, aggressive, elegant and intimidating all in one. The NSP with the c/f spoiler and the black wheels really make it stand apart from the regular c-class. The front fascia is one of my favorite looks of the car. I have looked at all the panels and the finish is top class. The gaps between the panels do not change in any direction anywhere.
3 - Interior Technology
I have read the manual and I still find little things every other day that make it easier to use. The Navigation is the easiest of any car/suv I've driven. Media player as well as all the other forms of music including Sirius, regular Radio and internet radio are easy to use. Lots of info and settings are available for a variety of daily uses.
4- Driving Technology
I play around with it all the time and I am still working on a permanent setting. I start the car in Comfort mode with the Perf exhaust on and wait until the oil and tranny fluid temperatures turn white and then switch it to sport or sport plus mode. Around town I leave the suspension in the sport setting but on the highway I go to comfort all the way around. The big screen gives you lots of options to change with ease and also allows you to look at the suspension travel and how far the wheels are turning for instance. Reminds me of my playstation days. The small screen in the middle also has lots of features to play around with including the AMG screen which gives you the turbo boost gage and the fluid temps with colors.
5- engine, transmission and exhaust sound
I have the perf exhaust and absolutely love it. I even start the car with it on 90% of the time lol. The downshifts are addictive and plain ridiculous. Videos do not give it any justice, it is something to hear in person with the windows down. Full throttle when passing a truck or next to a wall makes you realize how deep the sound really is. Many, many kudos to AMG for "perfecting" the exhaust note. I have yet to try a race start but have let her go a few times and the power just keeps on coming, second to third to fourth under full throttle will brighten your day in seconds. The transmission's feel is very good and I have no complains. It shifts when I want it too and have had no issues up or down even when hitting it twice in a row.. I know the BMW guys are jumping up and down that their's is better and faster

Had my first interesting race this week. I ran against a Honda cbr600 to get an idea how fast it is compared to my modified Mustang (500hp). I ran against a Honda cbr600 with my Mustang and it was pretty even.
From 70-145. With the initial downshift to third I walked him and continued to do so until I let off. I was waiting for him to come by me but he never did. Got a thumbs up from the rider. I don't know much about bikes so I don't know what year it was. The temperature was about 55 degrees.
