Is the North American factory still making 2015 C63S models?

No they have been changed over to 2016 for a while now. I have a 16 and it was built about Aug.22

How is yours btw. Any problems/issues? Mine has been flawless. Got the message to add 1 quart yesterday which the manual says should happen at about 900 miles I believe.

No issues Will, as it is perfect so far (knock on wood) except read my post about why they did not tell me.

When did the production of MY16 start? Does anyone know whether it is different for US v German made vehicles? Is the spec much different or does it vary too much from country to country? Is the biggest difference potentially improved build quality from more cars coming off the line?

MY 16 production started in early August for United States.

Yes, every country has quite distinct specs for C63. United States doesn't even get the Estate version, or the carbon fiber splitter/diffuser etc.

Biggest gain would be improved reliability. As far as I know, the MY16 cars don't have any new significant features over the MY15.

At least in the US, MY16 gets 4G cellular data services versus the very slow 3G in the MY15 cars. Also the MY16 gets 3 years of basic mbrace free versus 6 months for MY15. There are also new displays available on the display screen for things like HP and TQ.

I was told the first vehicle to get 4G WiFi is the 2017 E Class.
