I had to see this car in person and went to the German dealership where they have the Obsidian Black C63 S Coupe as shown in the video above. And was not dissapointed! Also saw a Brilliant Blue model parked outside.
Being in Germany, it also gave me an excuse to drive (very) fast on the Autobahn
What has already been said, the AMG model looks so different than the regular C-Coupe. From the front you'll directly notice the wide fenders and the twin powerdomes. The stance looks so more agressive than what you see on pictures.
So I have made some pictures of both cars, however it was hard to capture the black coupe, due to not so ideal lighting and a smartphone camera. So I have filmed it. I can assure you Sanch, Obsidian Black looks stunning on the coupe!

How did you find the saloon? I really enjoyed it when I tested it but I don't need a four door and prefer the look of the coupe hence why I'm going with the coupe!

It will be interesting if the exhaust is actually louder on the coupe... maybe because the cabin is smaller?

When did you order and when are you expecting delivery?
Cant wait to see the bad boy in the flesh. Going to be next level. Such a step up from M4.
I placed the order at the start of March after having a few issues with my sedan...
The expected delivery is mid-August (fingers crossed).
Are you switching from the M4? - I was torn between the 2 cars when I was making my decision last year. The AMG was just far superior. The M however has an excellent aggressive external design which is probably the only thing I liked.
Has anyone testdrove the coupe yet ? My dealer said next month they will have a demo model to testdrive, really looking forward to that.
Since the demos seem to be finally arriving in the UK I should be able to try one within the next 2 weeks. Will give you guys some feedback if/when I'm able to see it and (hopefully) try it
Good to see things heating up and that we're not far off being able to get 1st impressions. Can't wait but my only fear is the increased frustration during the months wait time after the test drive ha ha.
