But in all seriousness, there doesn't seem to be a bad color for the Coupe - it looks menacing in black!
Haha, I will take any colour to get my daily fix - until I finally have mine!

Agreed!

However, I've got 6 layers of ceramic pro done to the car. Needless to say, I stays a lot cleaner and is easier to clean.

It does, doesn't it.

Thing is the dash is going to be one of the things you will always see
every time you drive, so it's worth getting that right.

The C63 coupe just looks awesome. 6 weeks to go! Everytime I see the blue I get tempted again and those shots are spot on. However, too late to change now and fortunately I like the silver just as much (if not more).

The blue does look pretty fantastic, I myself was tempted to change to black after seeing the picture i posted yesterday but alas my spec is also locked in, but I'm more than happy with the grey.

My friends, after posting this picture and seeing everyone's positive reaction towards this set up I was on a mission!

I found the guys that working on this car and they've provided me with all the details.

Company - Bensch Automotive

C63s Coupe
Suspension - KW V3
Wheels - Vossen VFS1 (with OEM center caps)
Wheel Specs Front - 9 x 20" offset 25 with 10mm spacers (to clear breaks) (245/30/20) Michelin SS
Wheel Specs Rear - 10.5 x 20" offset 42 which they modified to 45mm (275/30/20) Michelin SS

You're all welcome

Thanks for the info

Those wheels look really nice, but too bad they downsized the tires from OEM spec (255f/285r) to make them fit them.

Awesome, thanks for doing the recon on this. If I can find the VFS1 wheels in a size that will fit on my C43 Coupe, I will definitely be getting them for my summer tires. They look great, much better than any of the stock options IMO.

Thanks all!

I agree with ALEX - I'd much rather be over the OEM rather than under :|

IMO this is the first of many options that will come along. I rather make my decision after seeing a few more options when and as they come along (at someone else's expense haha).

For a car like this I'd much rather go for some custom made forged wheels by HRE of ADv1 (personal choice of course).

I think it might be much easier to fit on the front wheels on the c43 as the breaks aren't as large as the c63!

I just know that the C450 was a nightmare with no wheels that fit without an absurd amount on monkeying with them.

I concur I'm also working with two Edition 1 owners who are looking into Rotiform because they are pricing their custom forged 3-piece wheels very aggressively and it opens up a lot of performance upgrade options with the savings.

Same here, except end of Sept. delivery and no CCB. Really torn on the brakes. Should I add this to my order??

If you are going to track the car a lot then probably CCB... otherwise it is an expensive option and expensive if they get damaged.

Beautiful auto gespot pics of selenite grey.

Agree, although superior in almost all aspects to conventional brakes, CCBs are really optimal for track use if you want to pay the extra cost. However, they will be worn fast on the track and are expensive to replace. The shedding of heat, the reduced weight, etc are all CCB benefits not to be taken lightly. Plus, the cool bling factor!

If you just use them for road use, then they will last you much longer obviously, so in that case you are in a way recouping the initial cost of the CCBs.

So you will really reap the benefits of CCBs on the track, BUT you will not have to worry about the expensive replace/repair costs if you just use it for road use.

Give and take...

In the end, if you are worried about replacement/repair costs
first and foremost (above using the full benefits of CCB), then I would just use them for road use and they will last a very long time.
