And now the wait begins...
After months of deliberation, I am very proud to share that I pulled the trigger this week on a custom order C63S. Targeting a first decade December build. I went to the dealership and drove one again earlier today. It is such an amazing car - not sure how I am going to make it the next 8 weeks of waiting.
Super excited and wanted to share with you all!

Well...I jumped the gun a little bit. My sales lady was very optimistic she would be able to find a December build allocation, but turns out that they are only building 10 C63's the entire month in the southern region and every single one is a custom order so she can't trade for one of those allocations. She is working with the regional managers to see if they can miraculously find another December allocation, but it is highly unlikely. So now on to January. She has actually yet to be able to lock in a January build allocation - she has a couple of prospects, but nothing definitive. For whatever it is worth, she has been wonderful - providing updates to me every day and from what I can tell working very hard to find something for me.
Anyway, extremely frustrating that at a minimum I am now 3 months out as that feels like an eternity.

Congrats Jeremy! Can't wait to see pics of that diamond white color. I just put in my order Tuesday and got a PO number but no confirmed build date. I was told January production with a late February early March delivery. Looks like we might get our babies around the same time!

Funny side note, I find myself thinking about driving my new car all of the time. I was driving home from the airport today with my windows rolled down and was just imagining hearing that sweet exhaust note.
