wheels for square set up for snow tires?

Wheels are in...
Just picked my wheels up on Saturday. Didn't have much time to mount them this weekend but wanted to see what they looked like. Mounted one of the rear wheels... couldn't be happier. I may like the look more than my ED1 rims...
I've attached some pictures.

Did you get a chance to weigh the Mandrus rims, I can't find what these rims might weigh.

Can you provide details on wheel and tire setup? Thx!

Running Nokian Hakkapillita 8 studded tires 245/35R19 in the front on an 8.5" wheel and 255/35R19 in the rear on a 9.5" wheel.
Boxed setup would work fine if. 245 or even 255 in the front.
The manual, at the very back recommends 245 all around for winter. I prefer the staggered setup.
As for the wheel weight, I don't have that, but they almost seem lighter than the OEM wheels... I will try to weight them when I mount them later this week.

Mercedes in Canada recommends the Michelin Pilot Alpin 235/45/R19. But they want $6200 for the set on alloy rims. I located a set of winter Continentals but the tire dealer was not sure where to get the centre lock rims for the car.
Any suggestions?

The C63's do not have center lock wheels, it is a cover that comes off by twisting the center MB part counterclockwise (on the standard split 5 spoke wheels). I am surprised your tire dealer thinks these are center lock wheels. Go to Tirerack and type in the car info and you will find a host of wheel options.

That was a good article in C&D. The problem is that they were looking at ice & snow tires, rather than the "Performance Winter" category we generally need for sizing.
We've got the Xi3s on my wife's E250, and would love to have put them on the E63, but they just don't make the proper sizes. Same goes for the Nokian's.
Not sure how that will play out for the C63 sizing though.

A quick question for those of you have swapped or ordered a second set of wheels.
Am I correct in assuming MB still uses the old school TPMS in each wheel to monitor tire pressure?
Did you order a complete new set? Recommendations if so?

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Get a set of 18" rims for the E63's rear and you can put on the Xi3s in 245/40-18 which will fit up to 9.5" width rim per Michelin.

Yes, you must purchase an additional set of tpms. I purchased my wheels and snow tires and they placed the sensors on the wheels at tire rack before they shipped them.

Other than the constant warning light, will it be a problem if I leave out the TPMS in the winter set?
BTW, I recently came across 1010tires.com. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I am trying to get this all sorted out before spring. I have searched all over and not getting a clear answer so just wanted to double check. As soon as i picked up the car I put a set of winter tires on the stock wheels using the stock TPMS sensor. I just placed an order for a new set of wheels and when they arrive i plan to put the stock tires on those.
So can i order the 433mhz sensors from tire rack and have those installed so i have 2 set I can swap for the seasons?
is there any programming needed by MB to make them work. will i have to go back each time i change?

I have a feeling the car will automatically pick up the signal without reprogramming.
If you swap them frequently and don't use the winter tires too often, there is nothing other than the constant warning light.
