What is everyone's lease payments on a C63s?
Currently in a 2014 M5 with a lease payment of $1450 for 3 yr/15k miles just tax down. What is everyone's payment? Hoping to move closer to the $1000 a month range. Looking at an M3 and C63/S coupe and sedan for my next car when my lease is up in a year.

I'm not sure what the average lease payment is, but I do know that the residuals for the M3 is MUCH better than the C63. The w205 C63s is already noticeably pricier than the M3 if you pay cash price; the residuals will widen that difference significantly.

That's my take away too from the other thread. Thx. I guess no one is dumb enough to pay $1600 a month for this car on a lease. Porsche does the same thing. The Macan Turbo I specd out before I got the M5 was $1750 a month. I guess BMW has spoiled me on my monthly payments. Best bang for the buck, lease-wise

There is such a wide range of options taking the car from low 70s to mid 90s which will account for +-$700 in lease payment.
I was offered 1500 incl tax a month no down on a 15 that was 86k msrp back when they first appeared (sitting in showroom awhile)in the dealer in summer.
I would say 1300 should be reasonable for a similar msrp, but I don't think that it is a good deal. I'm hoping to pay 1200 incl tax for a 82k car in December January time.
If you want to lease you have to be patient. First MY leases have presumed residual value that is generally lower than actual.

You negotiated 12% off MSRP?? That is well below invoice. Would love to hear the details. Pretty shocking that any dealer would basically give away a C63.

Definitely could not have made the same thing happen on a 2016.

I'm shocked about all you guys financing your cars, i get it helps build credit and everything but geez.
OP i looked into upgrading and was quoted around $1200 while a S class was $1345. 39 months at 20k per year.
There's another member that pays around $1400 for his lease edition one.
your in the states so things should be cheaper getting a C63.

Same. When they ran my credit it was 820 or something (which was a nice surprise... last time I checked it was 770). I don't care for the restrictions on leases and plan to keep my car for a while. I'm in the military and some years I end up doing a lot of miles (and some years not very many), so the mileage restriction is particularly something I don't want.

I feel like leasing a c63 at the moment is a very emotional move for those of us without hookups. One can get fairly comparable performance out of an M3 at around 60% of the cost. I'm sure most of us on this board can easily afford both, but financially I'm having trouble justifying the MB over the BMW.
Of course, making justifications financially is all relative and to most people in this world I'm guessing none of this makes any sense whatsoever, be it an M3 or c63. True first world problems we face!

If the car is leased you give it back and move on and let the issue be the dealers problem.
About BMW you get free maintenance, something Audi or or even MB don't offer. also the m4 has that fake sound people like or don't.
Myself the C63 is a rare beast, I haven't seen one yet locally but have seen many new m3's & m4's.
Myself love the GLA but it's time for something else

You don't need a great accountant, you need a business that allows you to do exactly that.
Here are some counter points to your earlier post.
1) Miles are never free in a lease or finance or cash purchase, your car depreciates with more miles. Financing miles are arguably cheaper than lease car miles.
2) You are not "locked" into anything as far as I know. Unless there's some obscure local law where you are from. You can arrange the sale of the car, as long as the loan can be paid off with the proceed of the sale and or your money. Or other arrangements can be made.
3) If you are keeping a lemon past its warranty period, then yes, you get screwed. But technically, its not called a lemon at that point. Lemon law has explicit provisioning for what a lemon is and protects the consumer. Just pray the car doesn't break right before you try to sell it.
at the end of the day, lease is for people that can write off or doesn't want to deal with selling. And at the C63S lease rate, it is really making one to think twice.
I am not going to drive 10k miles for the lease per year, so whatever i don't drive, is my loss. And I highly doubt I will have a hard time getting a fair price for the C63S, as I am likely going to buy another luxury, and which ever dealer will likely make it worth while to take the trade for the sale, otherwise I'll walk. And since i can't write anything off the car, and that I get really good finance rate, financing is the way to go (compared to cash purchase).
I hope you share this perspective and make the right switch The GLA is quite a different car than the C63s

I briefly considered leasing when I got my car but payments were going to be nearly as much as it would have been to finance. I read that leasing in Texas isn't smart since you get taxed on the full value of the car not the leased portion like a lot of other states do it.

Ok. Went a test drove a C63s the other day. Nice car, but the lease offer they gave me was literally insane. $85k MSRP, 3 year/15k miles a year for: Brace yourselves
$1958 a month. LOL!!!
