Strange braking at low speeds in Sport Mode

Strange braking at low speeds in Sport Mode
Hey guys - this has been bugging me for a while, but in any other mode other than comfort, braking at low speeds (i.e low speed braking/coasting coming upto a set of lights) the car seems to bit down on the brakes then release then bites down again to come to a stop. This is all without moving my foot on the brake at all.
It's actually quite embarasing with passengers in the car because they think I am pumping the brake harder initially just before coming to a stop, then braking hard again to actually stop the car (like a learner driver does!).
Flick the car into comfort mode and this doesn't happen at all
In individual settings I run the same as Sport+ but with Comfort suspension and it still happens there.
Is it just me or does this happen to other people? Just not sure if its normal or a by design sort of thing - or I'm going crazy lol

Only thing I can think of is that you are feeling the car downshifting under braking. It would explain that feeling. In Comfort mode, the clutch opens up and allows the car to coast, so you wouldn't feel downshifting.

That would be my guess as well. In sport and particularly in sport+ and racing mode, the downshift from second to first under braking is quite abrupt. The down shift from third to second is also a bit rough, but not as noticeable as the 2-1 downshift.
