We think mm is the prerequisite for features that improve navi like speed limit, engine performance page on comand, and some brace stuff. How is it on your GTs's?
Also remember skinny tires on this car and if you want fatter ones you may opt to upgrade to aftermarket rims anyway.
LOL I knew someone would notice those tabs. I actually have been on the M5 and M3 boards for quite some time; great group for the most part and some brilliant looking cars. The traffic is heavy and so is the vendor activity.

To be honest I really haven't used the MM on the GTS- I just drive the dam.n thing and enjoy that engine and sound. I don't think Ive even activated the free MBrace LOL.

Happens a lot in LA.

Vic, congrats on the new car choice. I'm excited for you - just got my C63 AMG S on order today.
Awesome, I think the first build makes more sense.

@cyberorth I hear you on the skinnies- why why why do they do this when pop the nice meats on the GTS. I actually don't mind the wheels in black but 265 is rather thin.

,
Personally, unless you reeaaally want something more familiar than new, I would feel I would be getting less value from buying a W205 C63s if I was in your position.

Most professional reviews I've seen state the AMG GTS really is superior driving wise to the C63s in every way, despite sharing the same soul. To be fair, the AMG GTS is probably superior to the M3 in every way as well but at least you're getting a very different experience driving an M3, so it will have more novelty factor.

That's just my 2 cents.

Vic, what about the new CTS-V? Would you ever consider that?

I drove the new CTS-v last week.

Inside it feels like you're in a Malibu. The interior is a complete let down.

The transmission is sluggish too.

If you're leasing, the Cadillac residuals are horrible

Just sayin

Interesting as I have been looking at it after the latest Motortrend comparo with the M5 and the Hellcat (The V won and trapped 126.xx)

It definitely has a strong price point (if that matters) but I have to touch one in person still.

I don't think the interior is that bad to be honest. The only thing that really bugged me was that the CUE system doesn't use physical buttons (its touch sensitive) even though right below where you are supposed to touch they have what appear to be buttons. Also, the seat adjustment buttons and levers are definitely low grade material. Otherwise, the instrument cluster, leather, etc all seem to be fairly nice. It is definitely a very well handling car and performance wise it is a step ahead of the M5 and E63S. But I just can't see myself driving a Cadillac.

I had a chance to drive the V and I was impressed by the performance, but the rest of the car is a let down. It looks cheap, and the interior is poorly made - especially in a car of this $$ level. It definitely is a specs car, but that's not what driving is all about. I didn't feel any soul in the car, and it become un-entertaining to drive after a while.

Ok here's the plan
Pick up m3 tomorrow
Buy a V on fathers day.
Sell m3 on Labor Day.
Buy the C on Halloween.
Toss V in a ditch after washing thanksgiving dishes.
This way you have more time to think about the mm package in the C
Isn't there a GS-f also you can throw in the mix?

Again, thanks to all for the input- Ill be making a decision after excessive drinking this weekend.
