Back up camera multimedia package
Question for the group here. I just bought a 15 c63s and absolutely love the car. The car doesn't have a backup camera on it but the car came with the multimedia package which clearly states rear view camera on the sticker. Anybody have any thoughts on this? I sent my salesman a quick text and sent him the window sticker which shows the package. I haven't heard back from him yet.
Clay bar and waxed.

Man I'm pretty confused as to why my car would be missing so many things. My doors open/close with the sensors but I have to get out my physical key to turn the car on. The car has keyless-go and the multimedia package. Kind of bummed right now. You know I'm going to have to put up with all kinds of crap to get this figured out at the dealer

Its new man, you will figure it out.
There is a button that can click into where you normally turn the key - this turns it into push start. Ask the dealer where it is... Mine was missing after a service that's how I found that out, the guys had forgotten to clip it back on.
Check the camera thing though that's really odd - Do you have cameras on your side mirrors? - Also on top of the Mercedes cross on the front grill? (these are for the 360)

Don't think 2015's had the surround view, but it SHOULD have the reverse cam unless it's either broken or been deactivated.
You're missing the little keyless go button; it pops in where you've been inserting your key to start the car.
Did you buy it used?

Are you sure you don't have the backup cam? It might just not be working --It is under a flap above the Lic. plate that opens when in reverse.
The keyless go button is probably just missing.

Bought it brand new with 100 miles on it. Sounds like the keyless go button should be an easy fix.

I looked under the license plate and I see a black plastic cover where it seems a camera would go. There are no sensors also when going forward or reverse to indicate I'm getting close to something. The car is very well optioned so I expected it to have it.

You cant see the camera till you put it in reverse and the flap will drop down and open the cam.

Chatted with the saleman and he agreed that both of those features should be om the car and for some reason they aren't. I having them take a look Tues after my window tint appointment and see whats going on. Irritating to have it in the shop just days after having it but hopefully it gets straightened out. Ive put it in reverse and had someone check and no sign of the camera

In Mercedes' world, keyless-go and keyless-start are two different things. Keyless-go allows keyless entry into the car, but keyless-start is required to start the car with a start/stop button for the ignition. It's confusing for sure.

Keyless go and start are the same thing. They popped the piece into the ignition switch and off I went. The backup camera was always there btw. There's a setting apparently where u can turn it off or disable it and mine was. The tech took 5 minutes and both problems were solved.

I must have gotten your start button, because I found 2 in my car.
One in the glove box and one in a plastic bag that was in the trunk, if I remember correctly.

My 2015 has the backup camera but no parking sensors. The sensors come in a separate package that's bundled with Park Assist (parallel parks for you)..
I don't remember exactly where it is, but I know you can go through the COMAND screen to open the flap that covers the rear camera. I've had to do it before to clean the camera lens.
Also, as others have said, you are missing the Keyless Go button that snaps into the place you put the regular key. A lot of dealers don't put it in the car until delivery because they don't want it to get stolen.
