Inoperative folding mirror

I stop for a quick errand, lock the car and when I came back, mirror won't fold back completely and lock. I also can't get actual mirror to adjust properly. It's a bit dangerous not being able to see. Never, had a car that had this feature. Hate the thought of having to leave it at the dealership.
