Center cap recommendations
I blew a tire and my center cap came off. The dealership said it was $250 to replace one center cap. Anyone have any recommendations on where to find cheaper ones. I'm willing to switch out all 4 with just the center cap without the plastic provided I can find some that fits and locks in.
Left tire that still has the cap.
Right tire with cap gone.

$250 was directly from my dealership! They also quoted me $475 to replace the rear tire. I told them to just patch it and I'll go somewhere else to replace.

Here's what I bought - set of 4 for $95 from ebay. Center cap only - thought that plastic cover over the lug nuts looked cheap so was anxious to take off.

They snap in easily from the outside with the wheel on the car. It is more difficult to take them off without marring the wheel from the outside and it might be best to remove the wheel and push them off from the inside.

Part number is A 000 400 24 00 and yes, they are hard to find. I lost both of mine on the passenger side. I didn't see any indication they were stolen (no marks or fingerprints on the wheels, which would be impossible to prevent if they were stolen due to the brake dust) so I'm guessing they just came off, probably after a nasty pothole or something (hard to avoid with some of the roads around here). I'm toying with the idea of modeling and 3D printing some replacements in ASA (UV- and heat-resistant/weatherproof) but the stock design is just so bad that it's a wonder they stay on at all. You can literally pop them off with almost no force.
