C63 AMG Edition 1

Waiting

So I'm in wait mode. My new c63s edition one coupe is stuck on the dock in Halifax because of required testing. I'm not suffering in my edition one c63s sedan, but the summer is running out here in Canada. Anyone else in the same boat? Waiting? How are the US deliveries?

no US deliveries yet, but reportedly at port. I'll be using the ventilated seats year round here ha

Well that's depressing to hear, was hoping we wouldn't be in the same boat as the States with the delays, but appears we are. My C43 is supposed to land in Halifax on the 19th.

Yep they are awaiting additonal testiong in Canada apparently. But the c350 coupe is already out and about so hopefully not long now.

For those of you who haven't seen my posts in the Iridium Silver thread -

I cancelled my order for an C63s ED1 Coupe after a 2 month delay. For the last month the car has been sat in Bremenhaven port "on hold" with no ETA from Mercedes Germany. My dealer has made many attempts to get an ETA but to no avail despite senior management getting involved. I believe that either there is a problem with one of the options I have chosen or just the current Euro to GBP exchange rate. If it helps - The options I didn't have checked were the HUD, which was unavailable, and CCBs.
