Insurance - Australia
Any recommendations for insurance in Australia?
Looking through the usual suspects and some don't even have the coupe listed in their database yet, whilst others don't offer any cover at all.
Would be interested to know who people are using and why.
Thanks.

AAMI said I had to call them after I entered all my details even though they had the car listed.
In the end I went with MB insurance due to it being my first MB and performance car so just for a bit of added piece of mind. A little steeper at about $2800approx. Including a loan car and windscreen cover etc.

Always a lucky dip with insurance - I insured a Cayenne S 10 years ago for $600 with Suncorp until they twigged what sort of car it was. My W204 C63 was Suncorp, GIO then Budget Direct would you believe!
I've just received the MB quote from the dealer so will go through that as well.
Thanks.
I use a broker for my work, but from memory mine was about mid $1800 with all the usual free windscreen, hire care etc.
This is on a new C63s Coupe in Brisbane.
Cheers,
Scar
Fast forward to today - 2016 C63S is insured with MB Insurance (Allianz) and with a bit of negotiating was able to achieve around $2200/pa
